The three questions
1. Can people trust me to do what's right?
2. Am I committed to doing my very best?
3. Do I treat people the way I want to be treated?

I think this means that if you are capable of doing what it says up there ^ than you'll be successful in life. If the answers are no then you're going to be a loser.
